My contract ends today.so I need reply as soon as possible today.if it's possible to extend for 1 month . Else I need to look for alternatives

Hi Pkotrick,

since this is a DSL connection and not cable, I'll take the case.

Unlike with cable, we need a lead time of about 10 days for DSL to be able to postpone a cancellation. The DSL contract has meanwhile been terminated.

As extension is not possible right now. I will send the Router to the specified address in termination letter.

Hello, I had sent the router to specified address.DHL status shows its delivered today morning.how will I see status in Vodafone portal.will I receive any confirmation letter or notification?
