      <title>Urgent.  Old contract still not cancelled. Changed from Red Internet Phone DSL to 2play Jump. Help!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Vodafone Community,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the beginning of April 2020, I moved to a new apartment. I was offered from Vodafone to change my contract to 2Play Jump, because at the new apartment there was cable connection. My previous contract was Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone 50 DSL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agreed to change and start the new contract on April 1. I was told by your college to whom I talked on the phone that the old contract would end the moment the new one started.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I have just noticed that my old contract still continous and I am still paying for it. This is a big problem for me. I am currently paying for two contracts.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a letter for returning my old hardware&amp;nbsp; by Vodafone, and I have already sent back the hardware that I used for my old contract. ( I think this means that Vodafone knows that I don't use my old contract anymore, but why haven't they ended my contract? )&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also need the&amp;nbsp;cancellation confirmation document, because my new contract was made on&amp;nbsp;bill of exchange offer (&amp;nbsp;Wechselangebot ), and if I don't send the proof within the coming days I am going to be charged even more for my new contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kleidi&lt;/P&gt;</description>
