      <title>Router return after contract end</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies if this isn't the right place&amp;nbsp;to post this&amp;nbsp;but I wasn't sure how best to contact Vodafone support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My DSL broadband&amp;nbsp;contract is due to end on June 5th and i am required to send the router back to Vodafone 14 days after this, or pay for the device.&amp;nbsp; I am currently in England&amp;nbsp;and due to the Coronavirus situation i had my flight back to Germany cancelled.&amp;nbsp; The earliest flight the airline is offering me for rebooking&amp;nbsp;is&amp;nbsp;now&amp;nbsp;July.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Therefore i'm not going to be able to&amp;nbsp;send Vodafone the router&amp;nbsp;back&amp;nbsp;by the 14 day target.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not wish to purchase the router so i would&amp;nbsp;ask if&amp;nbsp;under these exceptional circumstances I could return the router as soon as possible upon my return in July&amp;nbsp;and not be charged for the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd appreciate if a Vodafone person could contact me to discuss!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Davie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One good thing - right now, the period for sending back devices has been extended to 6 weeks - but this could not be enough in your case. I'm not sure if a Mod can extend this period any further - maybe you can ask someone to send back the device on your behalf in time?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the replies, guys.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is great. 60 days&amp;nbsp;should be more than enough time&amp;nbsp;for me to return it as I expect to be back in Germany in&amp;nbsp;early July.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if i have to 'apply' for the extension or do anything else.&amp;nbsp; If not then thanks for solving this for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the best.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
