Kombination von Unitymedia- und Vodafone-Verträgen.

Ich benutze das Internet sowohl von Unitymedia als auch von Vodafone seit 2019. Ich habe eine schnelle Verbindung von Unitymedia und eine Backup-Verbindung von Vodafone. Ich brauche eine Verbindung rund um die Uhr, daher war es mir damals wichtig, ein Backup zu haben.

Jetzt, da Vodafone und Unitymedia zusammengeführt werden. Ich möchte meine Sicherungsverbindung von Vodafone abbrechen. Ich werde die Unitymedia weiterhin verwenden.

Muss ich noch eine Stornogebühr bezahlen?

I have been using internet from both Unitymedia and from Vodafone since 2019. I have a fast connection from Unitymedia and a backup connection from Vodafone. I need a connection 24/7, so having a backup was important for me back then.

Now that Vodafone and Unitymedia is merged. I want to cancel my backup connection from Vodafone. I will keep using the Unitymedia.

Do I still have to pay cancellation fee?

nur zum Verständnis: Du hast aktuell einen DSL- und einen Unitymedia-Kabelanschluss gleichzeitig laufen und der DSL-Anschluss soll nun beendet werden? Eine Kündigung des DSL-Vertrags ist in dem Zusammenhang nur fristgerecht zum Ende der aktuellen Laufzeit möglich. Du kannst den Anschluss ganz einfach in MeinVodafone kündigen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Antwort. Aber ich muss mit jemandem über die Stornierungsgebühren und den Stornierungsprozess sprechen. Ich wundere mich auch über die Möglichkeit, auf die Stornierungsgebühr zu verzichten.

Hat Vodafone Kundenunterstützung für englischsprachige Kunden?

Hi emirhanyasdiman,

if you cancel your DSL contract, there will be no cancellation fee.

Your DSL contract will end at the end of the current contract term.

Hey emirhanyasdiman,

an early cancellation of a contract is not foreseen.

Only if you change from a existing dsl contract to a cable contract.

Since both contracts have been running parallel, there is no reason for an early cancellation.

Look, I have two contracts: A 250mbit fiber contract (from UnityMedia) and a 20mbit DSL contract (from Vodafone)

My question is: I don't need two internet contracts with the same company, can I cancel my DSL contract NOW without a cancellation fee?
