On this date - when Telekom confirms it before - we switch off and activate the line in your new home. If the activation is delayed, you don't have pay. But only if you are not to blame. A classic example is often that access to the basement is not possible for the telekom technician. With this feedback from the technician, we activate the contract commercially and charge a fee.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand the contractual obligation and the limitations of cancelling the contract prematurely if the service can still be provided.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nevertheless, In the case that I move to a place where there is already service contracted and provided, how can I deal and cancel the previous one if the service cannot be provided?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot for the support!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oscar&lt;/P&gt;</description>
