Moving abroad - help cancel contract

Hello Vodafone

I have been struggling to find answer in English.

I am moving back to India by end of March. When i contacted Custoemr care by phone or email, they suggested me to contact theis forum.

Please provide me the detailed steps for contract cancelation.

I want to apologies for writing in english, as I am still learnig German.

I would like to cancel my home internet which is taken in July 2019, for 24 month contract. Unfortunatly I am leaving to India due to family reasons. Hence I need to terminate my contract at the end of March. I have contacted customer care by email or whatsapp. But they asked me to cotact this forum. Kindly take my request to can cel my contact.

Have a look at this thread with and hints.

Have you any hardware (e.g. router, TV-Boxetc.) which you rented from Vodafone?

in order to cancel your DSL connection, just send an e-mail via our contact form: CLICK

the colleagues need to know the reason for the cancellation and the exact date when you are leaving Germany.

You also can send a private message to me.

I need your name, customer number, customer password and the date.
