Cancel Contract - Moving Abroad (Contact Form not working)

I am moving abroad and would like to cancel my DSL contract. Unfortunately the contact form where I am supposed to upload my documents for cancellation is not working.

where exacty are you trying to upload any documents?

Did you send your cancellation here? Contact Form

Hi Jens- K,

Yes, I'm using the contact form. No matter how many times I go back and check the box "Landline and DSL", it says, Please check your input.

There is also an error when I try to cancel my contract the normal way ... so it asks me to use the contact form.

...but I can't submit the contact form because it keeps saying "Please check your input." every time I mark the "Landline and DSL" box.

Can a moderator please send me the contact email address where I can simply send my cancellation request?

just to make sure, we are talking about the correct technology:

Are you using DSL (phone socket) or cable (multimedia socket)?

What is the name of your tariff?

I am using DSL. My tariff is: Red Internet and Phone 50 DSL.
