Hello,

I signed a contract for a dsl connection but after a month signing the contract and without any technician coming, I got an email from Vodafone cancelling my contract because it was not possible to have a dsl connection in my apartment.

"wir können Ihnen leider keinen DSL-Anschluss einrichten. Das hat technische Gründe, wie z.B. dass die Qualität
der Verbindung für DSL nicht ausreicht.Deshalb habenwirIhren Auftrag storniert.Das allesist natürlich kostenlos
für Sie."

Then approximately a month after Vodafone themselves cancelled my contract, they made a new contract without my approval. I would like to know why is this allowed and what is this contract about?
