Very slow internet speed [English]

Hello -

In the last week my internet speeds have dropped drmatically to around 1 Mbps or below. I live in Berlin in 12169. I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps of resetting the router and making sure firmware on the router is updated.

Can you please advise?

Can you pleas tell us a little bite more about it? Which price plan do you use? Which device is in use? Did you make the experience, that the speed drops only in special time frames or is it around the clock?
