Very slow connection (Red 100 DSL)

Hi,

sorry for writing in English, but my German level is not good enough.

I have a Red 100 DSL contract since last year, and my download internet speed is very slow (0.3Mb/s download, 20Mb/s upload, 20ms ping).

I now have to pay 44€/month for such a connection after one year of contract, which I do not find acceptable.

What are my options to pay a bill which is closer to the service I get?
