Hello,

My DSL contract got changed to Kabel on Monday. But I never got a canceled contract from Vodafone for DSL. The Vodafone servicemen said the contract canceled paper should come to my address in few days. Then I should send back my DSL router. But nothing has come till now. Can someone please help me. Because I see DSL and Kable contract now in my account.

If you can not find it, send me private message with your name, customer number (DSL and cable) your customer password and the address of your cable connection.
