    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had registered for a new contract in September .&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;ARC&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The previous contract in the apartament has ended today. I have no information about technician appointment or hardware device. I have been contacting customer care and community several times(since i work from home heavily dependent on internet service) and was told that it can start only after current contract ends. Current contract is over, but I have no information about next steps. Please help&lt;/P&gt;
