    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had a problem with my internet not working from 13 August until 24 August. This was eventually resolved, it was a problem with the cable not a fault of mine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However I have a lot of expenses with my mobile data. I was just charged the monthly fee for my internet, I do not think this is fair given I did not have access to the internet for a week and a half. I can provide receipts for 45 EUR in extra data recharges that I incurred. (Unforuntately the forum will not allow me to upload them).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was sent a portable modem to help with the situation, however I received on the 26th of August, when my Internet was already working again (Lieferscheinnummer 708 536 9943). I also cannot figure out how to return this device back to vodafone. Please tell me if this must be returend and how, I don't want to incur extra charges because of this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks, R&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ross&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
