Kündigungsbestätigung

Hallo,

I hope there is someone speaking English can help me on this.

Recently I have changed my DSL provider, from Vodafone to Unity Media. But as i'm new in Germany, I don't speak German and because of this the whole process has been a real pain so far.

My new provider told me that they'll take care of cancellation of my contract but i haven't receive any confirmation or update from neither VF or UM. All hotline calls ended with German speaking employees and i feel i'm stuck in the process.

So if anyone from VF can confirm if everything's fine with my cancellation and let me know how can i recieve the "Kündigungsbestätigung" document, i'd appreciate that.
