Hello Team,

I have two different requests for my connection

1. I would like to have an Dual band router, and would like to replace my current one with a dual band

2. When i took my plan, i wanted gigacombi. Can anyone confirm if i am having gigacombi plan ?

Hi ssahoo,

which modem are you using right now?

If you are using the EasyBox 804 for free rent you can upgrade after 3 months. If you are using a FritzBox for rent you can change to another model after 24 months.

On your invoice you can see if the GigaKombi is active.

Did you check it already?

Hello Jens,

I am currently using Fritzbox 7430, but i would like to have a dual band router.

Is there is a possibility that if i change my plan to 100 mbps, then can i get the dual band router ?

Also how to do i get my invoice from mein vodafone ? Could you please guide me the steps ?

Hi ssahoo,

in order to add your DSL contract to MeinVodafone log in to your account, click on "Vertrag hinzufügen" and type in the Online-Registrierungs-Code.

You find the code in our e-mail.

Changing from one FritzBox to another (for example FritzBox 7530 to 7590 or 7430 to 7590) is possible at the earliest after 24 months.
