Pause on Cable contract

Dear moderators

I am vodafone customer since 2015 (then Kabel Deutschland) and I have a plan with Internet and Phone. I would like to set pause to my contract for 6 months because I will move to a temporary flat which already has the services. After 6 months I wish to resume my contract in a new address. Is it possible? How should I proceed?

Hello Walsrus,

I'm afraid that's not possible. Is at the apartment already an internet connection from us? In this case you can cancel your contract prematurely. The notice period is 3 months from the moving date.

Hi Tina, thank you for the answer.. I don't know the provider of the future apartment. I need to verify it. As soon as I know, I come to you to check my options.
