Without the internet for a week and technician didn’t showed up...

Since the beggining of last week the internet doesn't work so here is my story:

1. Internet stopped working on Tuesday evening

2. I went to Vodafone shop and got info that it's a technical issue in Berlin Mitte and will be ok next day

3. On Friday I went to different Vodafone shop and they just help me with Vodafone hotline (who came up with that solution? It takes AGES to connect) and I got info that somebody will call me in 40 min so I have to go home.

Nobody called... and I was waiting instead of going back to work... yeah....

4. Later that day I called Vodafone hotline 3 times and after getting connected to operator they hang up on me 3 times.... yeaaah

5. Finally I managed with a help of another Vodafone shop to get connected to operator that scheduled a technician for next week (today).

6. Today i got the sms that technician is comming at 14:00 but I knew that so coudnt be at work... technician didn’t showed up...

I'm super frustrated with hotline and the technician. How can one treat customer like that? Unbelievable...

... and now I got a sms that I have to call to make an appointment with technician ... again ...

Hi googlarz,

I'm sorry you can't use your line right now. I understand that it is annoying when an appointment with a technician is not kept.

Have you made a new appointment in the meantime? Then I ask you to keep the appointment and wait for the technician.

If the connection still does not work after the appointment, please send me a private message with your name and customer number. I'll take a look at the trouble ticket.

I got a new appointment for Friday 14-20 so I will let you know. Now still I'm on mobile internet...

Nobody showed up... again... seriously?!

It's almost 2 weeks! So f frustrating!!!

Hey googlarz,

I'm sorry that the technician did not show up.
Sadly i don't see his montagedocuments yet.
So i don't know what he has done or why this appointment seemed to have failed.

Please send Jens-K a private message tomorrow.
He is in office tomorrow and can either escalate the ticked or hopefully sees the document from the technician.

I just got a call from Vodafone that the technician will come tomorrow 8-14.

Nobody showed up for the 3rd time... it's over 2 weeks...

Internet started working out of nothing. What was wrong? Why nobody came 3 times?
