Moving from Germany

Hello,

I will leave Germany in around 1 month. The aniversary date of my Internet contract with Vodafone is at the end of October. Since there is anyway a 3 months period even when moving abroad, I decided to cancel the contract normally so that it ends at the aniversary date. However, I won't live in my apartement in Germany from around August and my flat renting contract ends in September at the latest, so would that be a problem? Would it have been preferrable to make a special termination notice?

Hi Masha,

welcome to the Vodafone Community!

The easier way for you would be to get special notice due to moving abroad.

Background is for example that the hardware (if you rented it from us) has to be returned to us 2 weeks after the official end of the contract.

In November you will no longer live in Germany.

Please send me a private message with your name, your customer number and your customer password.
