Hello, can someone help me please? I paid my monthly payment on 20.06.2019 and now I am getting a "Mahngebuhr" and they want me to pay the monthly payment which was due 25.06.2019 again!? I've already paid for June, I do not need to pay again or pay a fee. Please help me get this fixed. Thank you!
