Not sure how to amend my previous post below, but I need help with DSL. I am transfering my contract from Kabel to DSL because my new building only has DSL. Thanks!

Hello! I really need to contact a customer representative in English. I recently processed my relocation within Munich and can not contact the technician to set up an appointment. So, when I look at my paperwork, it appears as though all my contracts (mobile and internet) are being canceled on Wednesday. I work remotely from home and can not be without the internet. Pretty please help!

If the cancellation of one of the contracts takes place today, its most likely not possible to intervene...
