Need English help with home DSL

My service was switched on today. I followed all the instructions, but my internet still does not work. I have the message:

"Die Lrüfung see Internetverbindung ist fegeschlagen. Der fehlergrund konnte nicht ermittelt warden."

There is no more information and I do not know how to proceed. I have fritzbox 7530. If someone can help me, even call me in English, I would very much appreciate it.

I have also run the diagnostic function on the fritzbox setup - I have errors at:

- myfritz arbeitet nicht korrekt
- 1 outnumber and If, jaina registries

The link on the first point to take me to the myfritz site does not work, because I cannot connect to the internet.

Hello Janjajan,

you got a new DSL access today? Did you enter the modem installation code? Which colours do the LEDs have?
