No Welcome letter received

Does anyone know how to get the welcome letter?, have not received anything after confirming my email address, not even in the spam folder.

Any help would be much appreciated as it is quite urgent

Hey miggu,

did you already recieve your router?

Once we have a confirmed email adress, the welcome letter gets sent via e-mail.
Sometimes a spamfilter sorts this mail out...

Check your inbox, otherwise send me a private message with your customerinfo.
If you don't have a customernumber, please send me your complete name/adress + if possible the contractnumber (ARC12345678).

Hi Andre,

I have applied for New Vodafone DSL connection on 01.05.2019. I speak little bit Deutsch, so I am not able to speak with Customer Care properly. I receive neither Welcome Letter nor Router and it was not in spam folder also, though I sent my signed copy of my SEPA to Vodafone. The status is showing for last 23 days as 'We have ordered your connection. You will receive the date for the connection in the next few days.' Please let me know how can I solve this problem. I can send necessary information to you through message. Thank you.
