I did not receive the mail with my data and Online-Registrierungscode.

The technician came today to install the router and activate my DSL, but I cannot log in because I never received the data.

What should I do?

I'm sorry that you haven't received the welcome letter yet.

Have you checked your spam folder? Maybe the e-mail accidentally got there.
