I will move out of my apartment and where I go I do not need my Vodafone.

Please, can you tell me the process to cancel my contract?

sorry, you can't quit your contract with that reason.

But I will take a look whats your option are. Please send me a private message within your customer number, your customer password and your new address.

Hi Shorlick,

if you want to cancel because of a move, we need your new address. If our cable internet isn't available there, you can cancel prematurely with a term of three month after the moving date. You can report your move here or via this form.

Otherwise, the contract ends at the regular end of the term in April 2021.
