Red Internet und Phone 100 DSL Speed Problem !!

Hello, Good day!

I had ordered ( Red Internet and Phone 100 DSL) internet connection and its already start working from 12 April, 2019. The trouble i am facing is about the internet speed even at the moment downloading i am getting is about 13.8 Mbps even. What should i do on it?

Hi moh95,

just to make sure that you know: There is a difference between MB/s and Mbit/s.

With a 100 Mbit/s connection your download speed is 12,5 MB/s

In order to check your bandwidth, please do some tests here: http://www.speedcheck.vodafone.de

Please use a LAN-connection and no WIFI. No parallel downloads or streams.

You can post the results here, but please do not post the ticket numbers. Thank you.
