Hi ,

I have recently applied for new dsl connection Kunde: xxx.

This is transfer connection from Mnet.

I received an email for new router which is shipped from vodafone, it will be delivered on 18th april. but i am out of station till 29 april.

can i reuse my mnet router, if not how can return my mnet router.

how can i reschedule delivery of my vodafone router.

Hi anuragTiwari,

if you can set up the modem manually and it is compatible with the type of DSL connection you can use the info in our welcome letter to set it up.

I don't know which modems mnet ships to customers.

If the modem from us can not be delievered to you it will stay a few days at a depot and the post service tries to deliver it again.

If the second attempt fails it will be returned.

We will send it again, after you have contacted us.
