DSL 50: Termination NOT requested and WRONG Billing Bank Account

Dear Community

I moved to a new address, and the new line has been correctly installed by the Telekom technician (on behalf of Vodafone). So everything is correct, from the point of view of the connection.

Then I received a letter from Vodafone, which says:

Wir bestätigen die Kündigung Ihres DSL-Vertrages

Leber Herr Lucioni,

ihre Kündigung haben wir erhalten.

Ihr DSL-Vertrag endet am 29.03.2019

...

But I have NOT cancelled any contract, just moved to a new apartment.

Furthermore, about four weeks ago I sent to Vodafone an InfoDok 230 formular, to change the bank account:

Wenn Sie den Namen ändern möchten, schicken Sie uns bitte eine neue Einzugsermächtigung. Das Formular finden Sie in unserem InfoDok 230

-----

BUT the OLD bank account is still in my Vodafone Account.

Any idea on how to have those two issues double-checked by Vodafone, and solved?
