    <description>I was not able to reset my router on the appointment date for netzmodernisierung. I tried it after 4 days. I could reset the router to factory settings. But when I try to activate with mic it says that the DSL cable is not connected. I checked the connection and it's fine. I couldn't get help via customer service as I don't understand german.&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me with the process</description>

Dd you try to configure the router via telephone or via PC?
