Hi Team,

I did courier on 29-Jan-2019 through German Post - Vodafone DSL starting from 31-Jan-2019 Vodafone DSL customer ID: xxxxxxx I got a letter to send the router. I courier through Deutsche Post - DHL and it was delivered on 25-Feb-2019. Still I could see that 19.9 euro has been deducted from my account on 5-Mar-2019.

Requesting you to refund the amount and deduct the amount. Please do need and let me know if you need any other info to refund the amount and deduct the amount.

What is the vodafone.de DSL group email id to send email for any communications. As I dont reside in Germany now its difficult for me to dial in.
