Modem installation code needed

Hi,
I got a problem with Easybox for a week and it says that it needs to be activated again.
But now I lost my MIC code and welcome letter.
I try to contact MeinVodafone and sent them the information and contract (Vodafone Dialog ID: [**********]), but they say I need to be on site with the modem and call them. When I called them, no English menu available and I cannot speak German.
How should I do? Can I get the new MIC code? Or the problem is from vodafone servers?

Edit: please do not post any Vodafone internal information

Without doublechecking your line, no valide statement regarding your internet.status is possible.

Please send me your customer data and customer password via PN.

If you like, you can add a mobile-number, so I can forward your MIC within SMS.
