Address change but speed unavailable

I have one DSL 100 mbps connection. Few days ago, I have moved from Muenster to Berlin. But I saw that in my new address 100 mbps is not available; only 50 mbps is available. Moreover, as I have moved to a student housing so they have already an Internet connection here. So, I want to cancel the current contract. Can anyone please tell me the procedure?

Hey MrHussain,

if we cannot deliver the same bandwith in your new appartment, you can cancle the contract early with 3mothn notice.

Feel free to send me a private message with your customernumber & new adress.

Hi Andre,
There is a problem. I have lost my Router box. I have everything like Router, cables but lost the box. I am planning to send back the Router and cables using a normal packet. Is this OK?

you can also return the EasyBox in a different box.

That's no problem.

The only important thing is that you use the return slip.
