Hi, my DSL contract will end on 15th of March, 2019. I got the termination letter already and I have to send back my Router (Easy Box 804). Today I noticed that, I have already lost my Router box. I have the Router with all cables but the box is missing. Now, I want to send back everything in a normal DHL box. Is that OK? Do I have to pay for the missing box? Please suggest me...

Hi MRHussain,

you can also return the EasyBox in a different box.

That's no problem.

The only important thing is that you use the return slip.
