Internet Apartment Move question

Hi,

I am moving to another apartment in the same floor, now I have Vodafone DSL and I want to move it together with me, I have applied it online, and the staff told me the Termin in Feb is out, and the nearest date for technical staff appointment in March, but by that time I have already moved, I want to know is it possible for you to perform this remotely? Or can you help me to come up with another solution?

If there are no available technician appointments, we have no possibility to speed up your relocation. Are you using a Vodafone mobile contract?

that was not my question. If you have a mobile contract additional to your DSL contract (both from us), we can provide you mobile data volume during the relocation.
