Hi Team,

My vodafone DSL was activated on 31st January. I already see a deduction of 14.99 Euros in this month. What was this for? Kindly confirm and reverese the charges at the earliest.

what does the bill say about this amount?

According to the amount, it could be the costs for the delivery of the router and related costs.

please look into your invoice in MeinVodafone here.Then you know what the costs were charged for.

The mentioned costs are regularly charged according to our price list.
