      <title>Unable to reach Vodafone Customer service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have applied for DSL "Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone 50 DSL" on 17.12.2018.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Auftragsnummer: ARC690&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;*******&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On 20.12.2018, i have recieved a letter from Vodafone as Below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ihr neuer Vodafone-Anschluss&lt;BR /&gt;Ihre Auftragsnummer: ARC690&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;*******&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Lieber Ali Murtuza Husain,&lt;BR /&gt;schön, dass Sie sich für Vodafone entschieden haben.&lt;BR /&gt;Sie nutzen Ihren Anschluss 566&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;*****&lt;/FONT&gt; beim aktuellen Anbieter noch bis zum 02.07.2020.&lt;BR /&gt;Das ist jetzt wichtig für Sie:&lt;BR /&gt;* Der Kündigungstermin bei Ihrem aktuellen Anbieter liegt mehr als 80 Tage in der Zukunft. Deshalb müssen&lt;BR /&gt;wir warten, bevor wir Ihren Auftrag weiter bei uns bearbeiten können.&lt;BR /&gt;Sie haben andere Infos zu Ihrem Kündigungstermin? Dann rufen Sie uns bitte unter 08001721212 an.&lt;BR /&gt;* Sie bekommen von uns rechtzeitig alle wichtigen Infos, wie z.B. den Termin der Anschaltung.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does this means? My application is on hold till old contract with fixed line "566&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt;" is terminated? if this is the case, i do not want to port my old number from Unitymedia to Vodafone. Please assign new fixed line number to me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have several other doubts as follows:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. My contract will begin on 01.03.2019, can you please confirm on this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. I have still not recieved the&amp;nbsp;Vodafone-Anschluss Hardware. When it will be delivered? It should be delivered to my old Address: &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt;, 70499 Stuttgart&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. When i will get a call to confirm the appoitnment with Technician to start my connection on 01.03.2019&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Kindly call me on 0173&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;*******&lt;/FONT&gt; to clarify all above doubts.&lt;/P&gt;

Also when i check the status of Auftrag via this link&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://dsl.vodafone.de/vfksc/ba/index_pub.jsp" target="_blank"&gt;Status&lt;/A&gt;, i see status as "&lt;SPAN&gt;Wir haben Ihren Anschluss bestellt. Den Termin für die Anschaltung erhalten Sie in den nächsten Tagen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;" What does this mean?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please clarify. Please terminate the contract completely. I would make a new contract directly at Vodafone Fillale.&lt;/P&gt;
