No WiFi connection

Hi,
I moved house and had to change to dsl with Vodafone. After waiting a month for a technician from Telekom to come and turn on the internet in my apartment, the WiFi doesn’t work.
I got a new Fritz!Box dsl router from Vodafone and my devices can all find and connect to the router, but there’s no internet coming through. The technician said it was all ready when he left but there’s nothing coming through.
Has anyone experienced this or similar before? Really infuriating.

Did you install the new FritzBox with the Modeminstallationscode (MIC) from your welcome letter (Willkomensbrief)?
