Hello,
I want you support emergency, my Router is always shows red and green light in Internet , and Internet can not be linked, wlan on the router shows green , these problem already lasts more than 2 months. Can you help me?

Hello youyoulinxier,

did you already disconnect your EasyBox from the mains or did a factory reset?
