    <description>Hello. I want to complain because I made three appointments to get my technician to install my internet. The first time I called Vodafone to get the technic after 14:00 because I'm at work and the technician came before and obviously I was not home, the second time on 12.12.2018 the technician did not come and did re-programming on 27.12.2018 today, and the technician again did not come. I called Vodafone and they was told there was no programming but I did. For more than a month I have the router and no one come to install it. It is not normal, What can I do??? If it does not come soon, I'll give it to the court, but I'd like to resolve the amicable way. Thank you.</description>
