Thema "DSL internet not working" in Archiv_DSL

DSL internet not working

I need support in English and I am not able to talk to tech support. When I connect to my frizboxx it is saying there is no connection and please check calling to TAE.

Please help.

please send me a private message with your customer number und your customer password. The please tell me concretely, what happened, since when and what you already did to fix the problem.
