    <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Arial;font-size:13px;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Maurizio1,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if the technical review of the Telekom has revealed that the desired bandwidth is not possible, we order the next lowest bandwidth &lt;/SPAN&gt;at your request&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Telekom checks our order again and sends us the confirmed appointment. This takes 2 to 4 workdays.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I assume that the appointment will be at the beginning of next year.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can send me a private message.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry for writing to you in English, but my limited German wouldn't let me provide a clear picture of what is happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just moved to a different neighborhood and decided to stay with Vodafone as it has been a good provider so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been offered to keep the cable connection like in the previous flat, but I got a message telling me that it was not available in the new flat so I've been asked to pick a 100 Mb DSL connection, which I did. The installation was scheduled for the 12th of December.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway I got a second message informing me that even the 100 Mb connection was unavailable and I have been offered a downgrade to a 50 Mb connection (with the same price though), which I also accepted via fax.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also got in touch with a customer service representative to have a confirmation that you got the confirmation (yes) and also to confirm the apointment for the 12 of December.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been told that the request was canceled and the appointment to be rescheduled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been told that I would have received a written communication within 3 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, so far, I am still waiting for the device to be delivered to my new apartment and the technician to come to check the line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time&amp;nbsp;that I try to access the "check my installation status" page I get a "500 server internal error" so I really need an advice from you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maurizio&lt;/P&gt;</description>
