Cancelation of Vodafone DSL contract

Hello Vodafone,

I have a contract with Vodafone DSL valid for more than a year I think, and I'm moving to a new apartment on the 28th of January (xxxx Berlin 10963) where I can't install Vodafone DSL due to the real-estate company (Wohnbau GmbH) restrictions. I've visited Vodafone store in Alexanderplatz and asked on how to terminate my contract, and they asked for kind of a proof to terminate my contract.

I got back to the real-estate company (Wohnbau GmbH) and asked for a paper saying that I'm not able to install Vodafone DSL in my apartment the answer was that I only need to send my new apartment contract and Vodafone will be able to know that they can't provide their service there.

So I'm wondering if it would be enough sending you my new apartment contract along with the Termination letter (Kundigung Vertrag), to terminate my contract? and if yes, how much time it takes to do so?

Hey ahmadmansee,

if we can't provide dsl in your new appartment , you can cancle the contract with 3 month notice.

Please send me a private message with your customernumber & your new adress.
I will have a look if dsl is availible & enter the cancellation if its not the case.
