My internet speed has dropped to 9Mbps since 2 days ago and I need an engineer to come out and fix it.

I cannot understand your support line unfortunately as it is only in German.

How can I get an engineer to fix my internet line?

Hi jaboston,

which connection do you use? DSL or cable? And what is the name of the tariff?

Please do speedchecks and post the results here.

- use a connection via LAN cable, no WIFI

- no (Powerline-) adapters or extension cables

- no parallel downloads or sreams
