Cancellation before contract signed

Hallo

In September 2018 in MUNICH, I requested for Vodafone DSL plan and 2 weeks later I requested for the cancellation because I had to fly back to my country for 6 months. They confirmed cancellation on email in September 2018. I haven't signed any contract letter though received from them.

Now on 6 November, they have charged 59 euros. Does anyone knows what for the charges are as we are not taking any service from them and am in India right now.

sorry for the issue. 😞

It sounds like the cancellation is not finnished. We always charge 59 Euro if you where not at home for the technician. I think it has overlapped.
