    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Team,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am disappointed the way Vodafone is handling my DSL service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My customer number is&amp;nbsp;0019&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#FF0000"&gt;****&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;. On 17th October, I had placed request for my connection movement to new address. The latest appointment goven to me was 30th Occtober but today, it is chnaged to 5th November. This is unacceptable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have below more issues-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- My connection speed is downgrdaed to 16 MBPS, we raised a complaint about it but no answer so far.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- My ponathly fee has been revised from 19 Euro to 29 Euro? I dont underatand why did you do this as we had a fixed contract for 24 months. On side you reduce the speed from 25 to 16 but increasing the monthly fee.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- This delay from 30th October to 5th November. Why are you changing the appointment dates? I have a lot of dependency on the internet as I work from home.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please help in getting a response to this.&lt;/P&gt;
