      <title>Charged for technician visit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A technician was supposed to come to my house to install the DSL however he did not turn up. He called me and I said I was in the house. He then never rang the bell or turned up. He also called me on a withheld number so I could not reach him.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I then arranged a 2nd visit which was successful however Vodafone have charged me for this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is not acceptable and I am not happy that I am being charged for a missed appointment when I did everything correctly. I was in the house, I answered the phone and I waited for him. He did not turn up so I should not be expected to pay this charge.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would have called customer service but noone speaks English and I can't find a customer service email address anywhere on the site. You've made it so difficult to just write a simple email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please can someone get back to me and sort this technician charge.&lt;/P&gt;
