Want to Change the Tariff Plan for my RED Internet 100 DSL

Hi Team,

I am using Vodafone Internet with RED 100 DSL plan, and having EasyBOX 804 since last one year.

Initialy the bill was coming as 19.99 EUR, but last month onwards it changed to 39.99 EUR. COuld you please let me know if there any option to change the plan with lower tariff plan so that my bill will be around 19.99 EUR. Please let me know if we can change it now.

Hi Girase,

after 24 months you can change to any other lower tariff.

The offer for 19,99 Euro is for new customers. The promotion ends after 12 months.

You can can change the tariff in MeinVodafone.
