Regarding my request to terminate contract

Hi Team,

Sorry for writing in English as my German is not good.

I had requested for my Internet contract termination for 16th Aug 2018, for which there is a reqeust to share my city deregistration letter. In this regard, I have below query:

I have not yet deregistered as my return date from Germany is in the 3rd week of August 2018 (~3 months from now). So I will not be able to submit it right away. As I have given around 3 months of notice – I requested for termination of my contract on 16th of May, is copy of deregistration, still required? Please suggest me.

Hello Sai,

we still need the deregistration letter. Send it to us as soon as you have it. Please note: The period of notice begins on the day of the move.
