    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am deeply sorry but I do not speak German so I will have to write this in English. Let me explain you my situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Wednesday August 15th my girlfriend and I subscribed to one DLS internet package. My girlfriend actually did it (in case I can share customer number and other relevant info for the tracking).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Situation: we received the router and we have been contacted by a technician for an appointment on Friday. However, we did not receive the welcome mail, so we cannot active our line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question 1: when are we going to receive the welcome mail?
