    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Greetings.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I was not able to send the router back due to my vacation.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Can I send it now.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I can see a charge of 99.99 Euros in my bill. My contract was terminated on 30.05.2018.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Can&amp;nbsp;the above charge be reimburshed&amp;nbsp;if I return the router now.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Please help.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Vielen Dank&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Arial;font-size:13px;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Ankush,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the modem has to be returned within 14 days after the end of the contract. If the package arrives a few days later, it usually is accepted anyway.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But nearly 3 months is too late to return it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jens&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
