Vodafone Router return

Hi,

Greetings.

I was not able to send the router back due to my vacation. Can I send it now. I can see a charge of 99.99 Euros in my bill. My contract was terminated on 30.05.2018.

Can the above charge be reimburshed if I return the router now.

Please help.

Hi Ankush,

the modem has to be returned within 14 days after the end of the contract. If the package arrives a few days later, it usually is accepted anyway.

But nearly 3 months is too late to return it.
