Did not receive DSL router

Hello Dear All,

I am writing my question here as it is almost impossible to get English service by a phone.

Two weeks ago I moved to the new apartment and asked Vodafon to connect it to the internet This included a DSL router.

A worker came and did the connection. He did not bring any DSL router.

A few days later, I got a phone call from the delivery company and I was told that the router had been sent back to Vodafon as the delivery company had not found my address. I do not know the reason why.

So, I am wondering how to get the router? Should I buy one? If I buy
a router, should I pay the rent for thd router which has not been delivered?

Hey denisevstratov,

i'm sorry that the parcelservice was unable to ship your router.

Normally you should get contacted within days by one of our colleagues so that they can evaluate the reason (f.e. wrong adress, name etc...).

Feel free to send me a private message with your customerinfo.
Therefore please click on my name/avarar -> then on the right side "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden".
I need your customernumber & to be sure - the complete adress/name.

I will iniate a new delivery.
